The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in Türkiye.The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem.Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, experience in working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the drive to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.This role will be located at our office in LondonClient Solutions Manager, Mobile Apps Türkiye Responsibilities:Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partnersResponsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnershipUse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectivesBuild and manage relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners (media, ad-tech, creative, marketing etc.)Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goalsConduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insightsCollaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-manage complex work streamsFlawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)Act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to actionBe an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and developmentOpen to travel frequentlyMinimum Qualifications:Fluency in English and TurkishMobile App, Gaming or eCommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experienceExperience as a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger user and knowledge of Meta’s ad productsUnderstanding of attribution modelling /measurementExperience working with tools, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insightsPracticla knowlegde how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, using toolsExperience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detailExperience working with cross-functional teamsConsistently demonstrate level of integrity and ownershipCommunicate, collaborate and work effectively in a teamConsultative selling skillsAdapting to changing priorities and requirements, and to pivot quickly when necessaryPreferred Qualifications:Designed and built end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategiesExperience with coding and Meta APIsExperience with AI prompt engineering, GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), etcExperience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiencesUnderstanding of ad tech ecosystem and digital media platformsInternational work experienceBA/BS degree in a engineering or marketing fieldAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
