We focus on continuous training and human development to meet our clients' diverse needs with expertise and compassion.We are seeking an experienced Support Manager who is up for an exciting new challenge to help grow our business, clients and staff.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Support Manager at HeartNest Care Inc. The Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of in-home care services, managing a team of Health Care aides, focusing on Companionship, Personal Care and Housekeeping, and ensuring quality care for clients. The Support Manager will also be involved in client assessments, care planning, and recruiting and coordinating with healthcare professionals.This position will fit into the Senior Team and play an integral part in daily operations.Focus must be placed on client management, staff management and quality assurance. Responsibilities will include overseeing the team, resolving client and staff issues, and ensuring complete and accurate records. The following key points are lifted out, but other tasks may be requested where reasonable.The external focus of this position is on our clients' overall impression and attitude towards HeartNest Care Inc.The internal focus of this position is on the coordinator and support workers' team's overall impression and attitude towards HeartNest Care Inc.QualificationsExperience in healthcare management or a related fieldStrong leadership and team management skillsActive listing and engagement skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNon-prejudice and the ability to work with people from all backgrounds and culturesExperience in client assessments and care planningKnowledge of healthcare regulations and complianceAbility to work collaboratively with healthcare professionalsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in in-home care services is essentialJoin our team if you are a naturally positive and compassionate individual dedicated to the well-being of all people.
