MUST HAVES 3+ years of experience in account management or client success roles within the tech or IT services sector; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic and confident with clients; Advanced English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable; Strong technical understanding of IT projects and delivery processes; Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel quarterly.
