Full-Time — RemoteWe are looking for a highly organized, client-focused individual to manage onboarding, communication, and client success throughout the hiring cycle. This is not a recruiter role. The primary responsibility is to ensure clients have an outstanding experience, move efficiently through our hiring process, and hire candidates presented to them.The Recruiting Concierge works closely with clients to understand priorities, ensure progress, handle objections, and support them in making successful hiring decisions.## About the RoleThe Recruiting Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for clients after they sign with us. You will:* Lead onboarding calls* Maintain communication with clients* Ensure clients review candidates and move toward hiring* Help resolve issues, concerns, and objections* Monitor success and satisfactionYour success will be measured by client activation, retention, satisfaction, and completion of successful hires.## Key Responsibilities### Client Onboarding & Activation* Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients* Set expectations, outline process, timelines, and next steps* Ensure clients understand how to review, communicate, and evaluate candidates### Account Management* Serve as main communication point for clients* Provide timely updates on candidate progress* Ensure clients remain engaged throughout the hiring process* Identify needs, bottlenecks, risks, and escalate as needed### Client Success* Drive completion of the hiring process* Handle objections and questions professionally* Track client decision-making and follow-through* Schedule check-ins and ensure movement toward hiring decisions* Monitor satisfaction and identify areas to improve experience* Partner with recruiting team to ensure alignment with client needs### Operations & Coordination* Maintain accurate notes and communication logs* Track candidate progress and client engagement* Follow internal workflows and help improve documentation* Support operational workflows including scheduling and feedback collection## Performance Indicators* Client activation rate* Time to hire* Client retention and satisfaction* Client communication responsiveness* Successful placement completions* Client participation and follow-through## Required Experience* 1–3+ years experience in a client-facing role such as:  * Customer success  * Account management  * Executive support  * Operations coordination  * Sales supportNo recruiting experience required.## Skills & Attributes* Strong written and verbal communication* Confident speaking with clients* Professional presence* Organized and process-driven* Able to handle objections and drive next steps* Strong follow-up discipline* Solution-oriented mindset* Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously* Comfortable with metrics and reporting* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools## What We Offer* Competitive compensation* Growth into senior client success or operations roles* Work with global clients* Fully remote environment## Location* Remote* LATAM
