Our client is a leading Airbnb management services company based in Dubai, specializing in providing end-to-end solutions for property owners. They focus on delivering exceptional service and maximizing returns for their clients.Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Client Support Supervisor to lead our Client Support team and ensure a seamless experience for property owners post go-live. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to manage escalations and deliver high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Client Support team handling all property owner accounts post go-live.Ensure timely, professional communication and resolution of owner queries and escalations.Manage VIP property owners with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.Oversee the end-to-end client experience, from listing activation to performance reporting.Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, housekeeping, finance, admin) to provide accurate and timely solutions.Continuously monitor and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) for owner responses and service requests.Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive cases and drive resolution efficiently.Analyze recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance service quality.Train and mentor the client support team to maintain high service standards and professionalism.Requirements:Proven experience in client service, preferably in holiday homes, real estate, or property management.Strong people management and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and escalation-handling abilities.Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
