Senior Accountant (Remote)

We are expanding our finance team and looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join us. Position OverviewThe Senior Accountant will oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and provide detailed reporting to support business decisions. This role requires strong experience with QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan, as well as a deep understanding of U. S. -based accounting practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and review bank reconciliations for credit cards, bank accounts, and lines of creditManage general ledger and ensure accurate journal entriesAssist to prepare, analyze, and present financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.

)Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policiesSupport month-end and year-end close processesCollaborate with management to forecast budgets and track expensesWork directly in QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan for financial tracking and job costingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory roleStrong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan (required)Solid knowledge of U. S. GAAP and financial reportingExperience with reconciliations, cash management, and financial analysisExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while also collaborating with a remote U.
