Clinic Administrator – Inner You Development (Upper Mount Gravatt Clinic) Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane Full-Time Position Competitive Salary (aligned with experience and industry standards) Clinic Opening: January–March 2026About Inner You DevelopmentInner You Development Pty Ltd is a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, client-centred mental health and allied health practice providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.As we expand into our brand-new, custom-designed clinic in Upper Mount Gravatt, we are seeking a Clinic Administrator to support the daily operations of a warm, modern, multidisciplinary practice.Our new clinic features:Four fully furnished consulting roomsA group/classroom spaceA conference & supervision roomA welcoming reception areaUndercover parkingExcellent access to public transport and major roadsPosition SummaryWe are seeking an organised, compassionate, and proactive Clinic Administrator who will be the welcoming face of our practice and a key support person for both clients and clinicians.This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent organisation, and a genuine interest in supporting mental health and allied health environments.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Reception SupportProvide warm, trauma-informed reception and front-of-house serviceManage phone, email, and in-person client enquiriesCoordinate bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and remindersMaintain a welcoming, calm reception and waiting areaAdministration & Clinic OperationsManage client intake forms, consent, and documentationProcess payments, invoices, MBS claims, NDIS billing & third-party invoicingMaintain accurate client records and daily reportingSupport the scheduling and onboarding of cliniciansAssist with maintaining policies, registers, files, and workflowsClinician & Practice SupportAssist clinicians with administrative tasksLiaise with GPs, NDIS providers, referrers, and external stakeholdersHelp coordinate group programs, workshops, and eventsMaintain confidentiality and ensure ethical record-keepingPractice Growth & Team CultureAssist with social media scheduling, marketing tasks & clinic communicationHelp organise team events, supervision sessions, and wellbeing activitiesContribute to a supportive, professional, and connected team environment Skills & Experience EssentialExperience in allied health, medical, NDIS, or administrative rolesWarm, professional communication styleStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesConfidence using practice management software (Halaxy, Cliniko, etc.)Ability to maintain boundaries and confidentialityTrauma-informed and neuro-affirming communication styleIntermediate–advanced computer literacyDesirableFamiliarity with MBS billing, NDIS claims, and EAP processesExperience in mental health, psychology, counselling, or disability servicesInterest in long-term growth within a developing clinicWhat We OfferA Supportive WorkplaceBrand-new, modern, purpose-built clinicClear systems, templates, and processesFull training and onboardingCollaborative and trauma-informed team cultureWorkplace WellbeingQuarterly wellbeing activitiesSupport with supervision-based learningA respectful, growth-oriented environmentApply or Express InterestWe’d love to hear from you if you want to be part of a growing, meaningful, community-focused clinic.Email your CV and cover letter to: 📧 together@inneryoudevelopment.onmicrosoft.comPlease include your resume, relevant experience, and availability.
