This role gives you the opportunity to make a significant impact on both your team and your clients.You will provide high-quality hearing assessments, fittings, and other audiology services within your scope of practice. Beyond your clinical responsibilities, you will take ownership of the clinic’s day-to-day operations and provide direct line management to your team, ensuring all aspects of performance, development, and coaching are met. Supporting the Area Manager/Region Manager, you will help drive clinic success while fostering Triton Hearing’s culture and performance standards.Key to this role is your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and your team, ensuring engagement with organisational messages and creating an inclusive and high-performing team culture.Identify, assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with auditory impairments.Fit, test, and manage hearing aids, including conducting otoscopic examinations and taking ear canal impressions.Manage all day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Actively support the Area Manager/Region Manager to achieve clinic goals.Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing clear communication on hearing results, hearing aid management, and follow-ups.Drive Triton Hearing’s culture, standards, and messages to ensure alignment and motivation within your team.About YouWe are seeking an experienced clinician who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a team to success.
