Clinic Manager, East (Ref. GTN)

# Working location in the East # Salary up to S$5800/month (depending on experience)# 5.5-day work weekA healthcare organisation is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Clinic Manager.Job Responsibilities:Maintain effective financial controls, including cost management, inventory oversight, monthly financial reporting, and daily collection reconciliation.Plan staffing needs with interdisciplinary teams and supervise Patient Service Associates across centres.Support Heads of Operations, Clinical Services, and Strategic Partnerships in delivering initiatives and services to meet revenue targets.Enforce policies, SOPs, and work instructions in coordination with the Head of Operations.Ensure accuracy of key documents (e.g., medical reports) and lead regular meetings to review performance and improve service quality.Identify improvements and support investigation and resolution of complaints.Coordinate with stakeholders on quality control, equipment inventory, and maintenance activities.Assist in implementing and auditing clinical processes.Coordinate meetings, and support onboarding of new staff.Job Requirements:Min. 5 years’ relevant experience in healthcare operations (with supervisory experience) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Able to work 5.5 daysLooking for a new job or career opportunity?
