With more than 140 clinics in 10 countries, our goal is to improve the health and quality of life of our patients worldwide.We are looking for a Clinic Manager for our clinic in Rotterdam with availability to travel in other clinics in The Netherlands.Would you like to become part of our team?Your tasksResponsibility for the clinic’s performance in the assigned area.Leading a growing team consisting of orthodontists, dental assistants, and sales staff.Communicating the company vision and motivating the teams.Daily and weekly monitoring of sales targets and conversion rates of sales staff and doctors.Responsibility for the clinic’s budget and goals, analyzing results and implementing improvement plans.Building an authentic connection with our patients to enthusiastically accompany them on their journey to a more confident smile.Ensuring compliance with sales processes and correct follow-up procedures.Handling escalated patient concerns and issues.Organizing the clinic teams, including sales, dental assistants, and doctors; managing staffing needs and creating schedules.Participating in recruitment, training, feedback, and, if necessary, contract terminations.Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and hygiene standards.Participating in marketing activities, welcoming influencers, and photo shoots — including possible videos for social networks.Ensuring an excellent customer experience and a perfect clinic appearance with a high NPS (Net Promoter Score).Your profile:More than 3 years of experience in a similar position.Experience in sales management.Strong leadership skills.Goal-oriented and able to work independently.Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.Fluent in Dutch (required) and good English (preferred).What we offer:Attractive salary.A unique working environment in an international and multicultural team.Modern technologies.A performance-based bonus program.Benefits for our treatments, aligners, and products.Modern and fully renovated clinics.Career development and growth opportunities.At Impress, we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
