The team brings together Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Excellence, and Global Technical Operations, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical devices, technical services, and impactful commercial strategies across global markets.Your Responsibilities:Assist customers with the proper use of CRRT products to ensure optimal patient outcomesProvide technical and clinical training, education, and ongoing support to certify nephrologists, intensivists, and CRRT staff on the use and application of Acute Products, including CRRT technologyProvide on-site and/or remote clinical application support to customers by delivering scientific and technical information in response to both on-label and off-label inquiries regarding the use of Fresenius medical devicesProvide clear and accurate documentation of each site visit to the Manager via a standardized reporting mechanism within 24 hours of completing the visitIdentify and report all adverse events and device deficiencies to Medical Safety per company protocolAddress reports requiring root cause analysis and respond to requests for feedback or input from physicians, as requested by SafetyProvide ongoing feedback to Research & Development through approved communication channels regarding the clinical performance of productsRespond to unsolicited requests for information related to CRRT devices, following Standard Operating Procedures and Ethics and Compliance GuidelinesAssist with tradeshow demonstrations as deemed appropriate by Management and in accordance with Standard Operating ProceduresAchieve allocated annual sales targetsYour Profile:Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of CRRTKnowledge and expertise in CRRT and related clinical practicesBasic medical knowledge and understanding of critical care environmentsMedical or Nursing degree preferredProficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)Basic computer skillsFlexible and willing to travel as requiredOur Offer for you:There is a lot you can discover at Fresenius Medical Care, regardless in which field you are an expert and how much experience you have - all dedicated to your professional journey.Whether in front of or behind the scenes - you are helping to make ever better medicine available to more and more people around the worldIndividual opportunities for self-determined career planning and professional developmentA corporate culture in which there is enough room for innovative thinking - to find the best solution together, not the quickest oneA large number of committed people with a wide range of skills, talents and experienceThe benefits of a successful global corporation with the collegial culture of a medium-sized company
