We are passionate about aged care and are looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator to share our passion and join the management team at Georges Manor (Bankstown area)About The RoleAs a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Care in the development and progression of high standards of clinical care delivery.Whats On OfferPermanent position Immediate Start Monday - FridayResponsibilities Include:Oversee and lead the team to ensure excellent service delivery and that nursing practices and procedures are consistent with legislation and Advantaged Care PoliciesCoordinate communications and services between residents, families and medical professionals Directing and maintaining infection controlOccupational health and safety standardsAssisting in commonwealth government funding processEnsuring that education programs and quality improvement initiatives are implementedComply with the Accreditation Standards and Guidelines for Residential Care ServicesMUST HAVESCurrent Nurses Registration with AHPRAA strong background in Aged Care at an RN levelMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, resident appraisal, classification processes and ANACCProven experience leading, motivating and managing a teamExcellent IT skills with the ability to implement and evaluate the use of IT systems in a residential aged care environmentA strong passion for quality in aged careExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsHard Working and FlexibleTo express your interest please apply now.
