Clinical Specialist• Be the clinical specialist with a deep understanding of the clinical environment and clinical user needs.• Voice user needs from multiple clinical user perspectives, e.g. radiologist, technologist, referring physician and patient.• Clinical Specialist Management to maintain the high-quality clinical knowledge to perform the activities in a specific clinical domain by attending courses, seminars, and trainings necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.• Responsible for end-to-end Clinical Imaging and Workflow Quality by looking at fully integrated clinical solutions in a specific clinical domain (Clinical Features, Accessories, new systems, Coils, etc.).• Collaborates with customers and key stakeholders in evaluating new (clinical) applications and/or technologies and use input as input for the User Needs.• Develops in-depth knowledge on MR application technology.Upstream• Quality Assurance by testing Software, Hardware (coils, coil combinations, accessories) to ensure Patient Safety and Quality by Identifying application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standard processes.• Files required reports and consistently comply with all required client processes (AD, PDLM, MLD).• Supports investigation and proposes solutions for Customer Complaints.• Responsible for Protocol/ ExampleCard deliveries as part of quality assurance for the product.• Responsible for maintenance of the Protocol/ ExampleCards as part of the client Presets Database.• Responsible for Training Material input for new products and/ or features.• Participates in the development of new solutions (services, product functionality and 3rd party software and hardware solutions) by translating claims, user needs and value propositions into:o Support Design (re-)designs of coils/ other hardwareo defining the Clinical needs for road map in respective Clinical Domain.o user requirements and use scenarios.o design validation strategy and test cases.o evidence generation plans, and report, e.g.: proof points (pre and post market).• Ensures successful clinical and applicational adoption of client solutions.• Provides input and reviews the output for application related content for customer facing documentation (instructions for use (IFU), education, learning materials) to enhance delivery and use.• Supports post market introduction activities together with Markets.• In an AD project, perform activities that include review of stakeholder inputs and user needs and translates these into use scenarios, concept evaluation and user test.• Presenting in IACSM annual meeting's Plenary session and executing the workshops for Global Clinical Application specialist (training the trainers)Downstream• Supporting in-house Customer Visits as a demonstrator.• Supporting in-house tender requests in a specific clinical domain• Supporting clinical tradeshows as a demonstrator.• Supporting User Meetings in a specific Clinical DomainCompliance• Completing all mandated training before the due date as stated in the applicable learning management systems such as Cornerstone/TEDs and Totara and or any combinations of those.Principal Investigator for Volunteer scanning• Responsible for defining the study protocol• Request PO• Enrolling MR Operators• Report Incidental findings and Protocol deviation.• Ensure safety of volunteers and MR Operators training.
