Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the worldPurpose of the Role:The Clinical Facilitator (CF) is responsible for facial aesthetic in-clinic education to advance the knowledge and skill set of health care providers (HCPs) using Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. The CF is responsible for customer engagement and collaborate with sales team to maintain strong relationship with KOLs and develop key customer. The CF will facilitate learning using approved Allergan Medical Institute (AMI), and locally relevant, educational materials with an aim to support a standardised, repeatable methodology for patient assessment and treatment planning and for injection procedures aligned to defined AMI Infinity programme curricula related to Allergan Aesthetics brands. Identifies educational need and develops recommendations to enhance clinical practice in aesthetic practices through delivering a bespoke educational journey for each HCP enrolled on a Facilitation Pathway, and based on the HCP’s self-assessment of knowledge, skills, and confidence.The CF is responsible for medical education and marketing support. Aiming to deliver high-quality medical education with impact to customer and most importantly support trainer development. Also cooperate with marketing department in future new launches and projects.This role will need strong presentation and communication skill and work closely with marketing/sales team to achieve business goals.Expectations of the Role:Medical Education Support (40%)Management of training event, third party society congress and ZP initiated symposium, workshop, lecture.Communicate with speakers to deliver correct information and message to the audiences.Conduct trainer development program to meet our trainer’s needs for their continuous up-skilling and new learnings.Support to creating innovative educational materials.Executing brand marketing activities which includes logistics preparation, speaker slides development and briefing with CFT team.In-Clinic Education (30%)Perform both external and internal trainings regard to product differentiations, injection techniques, scientific literatures update, facial assessments, anatomy and consultation skill.Support sales team initiated local small group training, nurse training and in clinic seminar.Customer Engagement (15%)Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with KOLs and exchange unbiased scientific information between KOLs and ZP.Provide high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to key customers in response to unsolicited requests for information.Collaborate with sales team to develop key customers.Marketing Support (15%)Leverage and consolidate centrally approved scientific and clinical content for promotional material.Work closely with marketing department, support new launches and marketing initiatives.Develop marketing materials including obtaining Veeva approvalsVendor management, whereby applicable, facilitate and manage RFQs, RDAs, material due diligence process management, identifying vendors to solicit quotations (as per procurement SOP) and vendor creation / management.Attributes Required:Must-Have:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, nurse of life science related.1-3 years of sales or clinical specialist role within pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry and ideally in aestheticsTravel: 75% of the time, locally, nationallyGood scientific and clinical skills to present scientific data, and good communication skillsAbility in analysing scientific literaturesKnowledge in human anatomy and performing clinical facilitationConduct facilitation, training, coaching of workshops and other training solutions.Good project management skillsetEvent management (planning to execution)Tracking of activity in a CRM toolAdvantage to Have:Clinical trial experienceWhy Join Zuellig Pharma:We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where our employees can learn, grow, and achieve shared success.We champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring every individual feels valued, respected, and treated fairly.As a leading multimarket healthcare solutions provider, we empower our employees gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the dynamic healthcare industry across the region.Enjoy the flexibility to effectively balance your work and personal life while taking charge of your career journey through our empowering growth opportunities.Our Total Rewards program is designed to support your overall well-being in every aspect
