Title: Clinical & Marketing SpecialistLocation:Kuala Lumpur, MY, MYGlobal Business Unit: HECJob Function: SalesRequisition Number: 193610DescriptionJob SummaryAs a Clinical Specialist for Dental Solutions, You Will Have the Opportunity to Tap into Your Curiosity and Collaborate with Some of The Most Innovative and Diverse People.General ResponsibilitiesLeading internal and external trainings and workshopsOrganising, implementing, and facilitating events (clients) including lectures and workshopsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, compliance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.Managing, building, and strengthening relationships with key Dental HCP / Opinion LeadersOverseeing all payments and reconciliation related to HCP activities, agency work, sponsorships, etc.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for related portfolioAlign Marketing Development plans with strategies/priorities and ensure their effective execution to achieve business objectives.Work collaboratively to establish consensus on client-specific priorities, including pricing strategies, forecasting, competitor analysis, and product positioning.Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations where applicable.Functional Skills And Knowledge2-5 years of experience as a Dentist and or work experience in a similar Clinical Role with another Dental Products companyPossess good communication skills in English and other languages. Possess good presentation skills and experienced trainer. Able to work both independently and in a teamPossess good planning and prioritisation skillsAbility to retain and share knowledge.EducationPossess Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry.
