If so, we invite you to join Novo Nordisk as our new Clinical Medical Regulatory and Quality Senior Director in Chile.Your new roleAs the Clinical Medical Regulatory and Quality Senior Director, you will manage clinical, medical, regulatory, quality, and pharmacovigilance areas in alignment with local regulations and Novo Nordisk's strategic priorities. Some of your responsibilities will include:Drive Medical Affairs strategy and implementation in collaboration with the Cardiometabolic and Institutional & Rare Disease business units in Chile.Optimise and innovate medical communication impact to enhance treatment alternatives and medical innovation for patients.Lead the medical field force to foster impactful scientific dialogue aligned with medical strategy.Oversee evidence generation and publication processes, including local clinical studies, real-world evidence (RWE), and case studies.Lead an efficient Regulatory Affairs function to drive innovation and execute portfolio management.Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk's Quality and Pharmacovigilance standards, as well as local regulations.Safeguard business continuity and protect Novo Nordisk's reputation while bringing innovation to patients.Your Skills And QualificationsWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:Need to have:A medical doctor degree is strongly preferred, but candidates with health field studies and strong professional experience will also be considered.5+ years of experience leading a Medical Affairs function and/or multi-functional teams within the pharmaceutical industry.Proven experience as a people manager.Fluent in EnglishNice to have:Experience working in metabolic diseases therapeutic areas. Experience in Clinical Development, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs.Your new departmentAs part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit.
