Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our community mental health team in Cherbourg. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead evidence-based care, support recovery, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults living with mental health challenges.What Your Day Will Look Like….You'll deliver high-quality care as part of the Adult Community Mental Health team, supporting recovery through evidence-based nursing and case management. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, coordinate care plans, and provide therapeutic interventions.
