Have at least 3 years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting Have a minimum of 1 years experience at CNM1 level Post Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar Communication skills Organisational & interpersonal skills Up to date knowledge in clinical practice Management qualification or willing to undertake same Possess well-developed leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills. Computer skills. Must have excellent patient care to a high standard Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
