Right to work in Ireland.Key Responsibilities Uphold exceptional standards of nursing and social care, aligning with nursing home policies and best practices. Oversee medication management, ensuring strict compliance and collaborating with GPs and pharmacies for regular reviews and audits. Lead and mentor Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, promoting professional development and a resident-centered approach. Conduct clinical, environmental, and medication audits, implementing action plans to elevate and sustain quality standards.
