As a Clinical Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will:Deliver specialist critical care nursing and lead clinical decision-making within a modern 16-bed ICU and 4-bed HDU.Provide expert guidance and leadership to nursing teams, supporting safe, person-centred care.Contribute to education, research, and quality improvement to enhance clinical outcomes.Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and manage complex patient care About you: EducationYou're a highly skilled and compassionate nurse with a passion for critical care and a drive to lead excellence in clinical practice. You thrive in dynamic environments and value collaboration, education, and patient-centred outcomes. You will bring:Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse.Advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking in intensive care nursing.Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead others to achieve safe, high-quality care.A commitment to continuous learning, research, and innovation in clinical practice.(Postgraduate qualifications in critical care or current enrolment highly regarded.)
