Clinical Operations Coordinator – Internship - 6746Our client is headquartered in Switzerland – a biotech-hub of Europe – is a high-potential biopharmaceutical company, specialized in the discovery, development and commercialization of innovative small molecules, with the aim of transforming the horizon of therapeutic options.For this client, we are looking for Interns in the Clinical Operations area for a fixed-term internship of 6 months based in Basel area.Main Responsibilities:Assists the clinical operations team in the operational management and oversight of clinical trials, during set-up, conduct and until archiving, for an assigned trialCoordinate site contracts finalization, preparation, and distribution of study documentation/materialsEnsure accurate maintenance and archiving of the electronic Master File (eTMF)Support tracking of activitiesOrganize coordinator shipmentFinance: support review and tracking of invoices, PO creation, etcPerform other duties as assignedQualifications and Experience:Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;Bachelor or Master Studies in natural science, e. g. biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine or similarInterest to dive into Clinical ResearchVery good organizational skillsAttention to detail and qualityFluent in English
