The Clinical Research Coordinator manages all aspects of oncology research from feasibility and planning through to implementation, participant enrolment and management, study conduct, data management, study close-out and archiving. Up to $9K for living expenses and $2.6K meal & entertainment & Novated Leasing.Discounted gym memberships with a Fitness Passport.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees and family members.Discounted Private Health Insurance.Selection CriteriaA Bachelor of Science degree in a health-related discipline.Demonstrated experience in conducting clinical trials.Demonstrated knowledge of legislation, regulations and guidelines related to research involving humans.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency and experience using research and regulatory platforms, (e.g Microsoft Office Suite).Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment, while also managing trial responsibilities independently when required.Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, thorough, and complete documentation in accordance with clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams, research participants, and stakeholders.Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise, manage competing tasks and meet deadlines.Need more information?
