The Clinical Research Nurse will oversee the development and execution of clinical research protocols, including patient interactions, medical assessments, and data collection. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary research teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves providing high-quality patient care for research participants and contributing to the advancement of clinical science.QualificationsExperience and proficiency in Nursing, including phlebotomyBackground and understanding of Medicine and patient careKnowledge of Research methodologies and ability to manage study protocolsFamiliarity with clinical trial procedures and compliance standardsAbility to effectively document and maintain precise clinical recordsStrong communication and organizational skillsLicensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing certificationExperience in clinical trials or research settings is preferredCommitment to ethical standards in patient care and research conduct
