Conducts meetings with relevant internal stakeholders and circulates information back to respective management team. Effectively partners with identified Business Units to manage and support demand planning processes and resource requirements. Effectively supports centralized resourcing efforts and internal stakeholders in resourcing process by supporting the management and maintenance of data integrity within the global resourcing tools, updating trackers, running reports and queries. Analyzes resource assignments, skillsets, and availability to support recommendations for potential assignment opportunities of global employees and contingent workers to Business Units. Ensures data integrity in all source systems. Supports and educates partners on use of global resourcing toolsets and processes. Supports TA/candidate recruitment efforts, as needed.Job ResponsibilitiesPrimary Ownership of one or more resource subsets/roles from a resource solutions perspective, as assigned. Maintains core contact with internal stakeholders where required. Highlights key data integrity and assignment related issues and works with business partners to correct them. Shares information with respective central resourcing and/or operations management teams.May lead recurring or adhoc calls involving other resourcing team members, Therapeutic Area team members, Portfolio Leaders, Business Development and/or Operations management to take minutes, track action items, or share data as needed. Manages confidential information regarding upcoming resource leaves, terminations, or organizational changes.Completes regular Quality Checks of GRM to ensure data integrity and accuracy related to TBDs, project roll-off timelines, reflected ramp up and ramp down plans to assist in identifying resources for needs and proposals.Evaluates complex cross-resourcing requests and reports potential solution options to Manager, Clinical Resourcing or above for resolution. Analyzes capacity, therapeutic experience reports and Curriculum Vitae (CVs) to assist with recommendations.Establishes partnerships with key business liaisons and ensures communication and sharing of information. Acts as an extension of the Business Unit operations teams to efficiently allocate resources and support financial health.Reviews and analyzes Assigned and Available GRM export reports, Budget Validation Report, Synopsis Clinical, GoBalto Activate and other analytics dashboards to provide resourcing trends and challenge data integrity. Analyzes report data and provides detailed information to GCO, GCTM and GPM leadership as well as internal Central Resourcing members to assist in business operations decisions.Support redeployment efforts, as needed, utilizing report analysis and engaging with business partners to identify new positions within Syneos Health.Provides continuous process improvement suggestions to Manager, Clinical Resourcing or above. Escalates resourcing or process issues as required.May support training on resourcing toolsets for Central Resourcing team members or other internal stakeholders, as needed.Completes daily STAT Request reviews and processes in full.May assist with maintenance of SharePoint, Teams or other intranet site pages as applicable.Performs other work-related duties and projects as assigned.Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).Qualification RequirementsBA/BS degree in business, management or in the science/health care field or equivalent combination of education and experience; resource management experience including resourcing/logistics experience, preferably in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or bio-technology company.Direct and relevant clinical research experience preferred.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment is essential.Attention to detail with excellent documentation skills and ability to continuously anticipate/solve problems, using poise and effective interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet are required.Get to know Syneos HealthOver the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.No matter what your role is, you’ll take the initiative and challenge the status quo with us in a highly competitive and ever-changing environment.
