We’re shaping the future of ablation therapies by introducing innovative technologies like Pulsed Field Ablation (Farapulse), ultra-high-density 3D mapping (OPAL HDx), and advanced diagnostic and therapeutic catheters.The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) provides clinical support for Boston Scientific (BSC) Electrophysiology (EP) Portfolio to an assigned accounts at a sales territory.Work is driven by CSR’s account planning of their accounts, customer needs and by selling the next case through Boston Scientific sales process.What You'll DoYou’ll become the key expert and advisor to cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cath lab staff across your territory. Expect a hands-on role in which you are supporting procedures, delivering training, and driving therapy adoption. You’ll work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to strengthen our market presence and ultimately improve lives.Your Main ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical and technical support during EP procedures involving ablation and mapping technologiesBuild strong partnerships with physicians, nurses, and EP-lab staff and become their go-to resourceTrain hospital teams on safe and effective product use (both in procedures and through planned education sessions)Sales responsible of your area to help grow business opportunities and uncover unmet needsEnsure smooth logistics and coordination around case planning, inventory, and follow-upKeep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and evolving clinical practicesShare field insights and customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous innovationA day in your lifeEvery day brings something new. One day you’re supporting a Farapulse procedure in one account; the next, you might be traveling to another hospital to discuss the OPAL HDx system upgrade. You’ll balance clinical case support with commercial insight-gathering and product education. If you enjoy variety, love working with people, and want to see your impact firsthand, this role will suit you perfectly.What You BringWe’re looking for someone with a strong clinical background, customer-facing confidence, and a growth mindset. You know your way around hospitals and enjoy being at the center of the action in a cath lab or operating room.You’ll likely tick one or more of these boxes:2–5 years of experience in electrophysiology, cardiology, neuromodulation, or Cath lab environmentsOR experience in a field-based clinical support or sales role (e.g. medical devices or hospital technology)Biomedical engineering, nursing, or life sciences degreeStrong communication skills: you can explain complex clinical or technical matters clearly and effectivelyAbility to build trust quickly with medical teamsProactive and hands-on, with a structured approach to planning your workWillingness to travel frequently across Switzerland and work flexible hours based on procedure schedulesFluent in French, English, and German.
