You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.Skills & Experience | He pūkenga touProven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care and working in a dementia unit highly desirable.Experience mentoring, coaching and developing a teamInterRai training and Medi-Map experience advantageous Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
