We seek smart, driven individuals eager to innovate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Clinical Sourcer, you will be on the front lines of our recruiting efforts, responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with clinical talent. You’ll build strong pipelines of professionals such as Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other clinical specialists, ensuring Finni Health continues to grow with top-tier talent who share our mission.You’ll work hand-in-hand with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate needs, fill pipelines, and continuously improve how we attract the best clinical talent.Key ResponsibilitiesActive Sourcing: Proactively identify and reach out to clinical professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, professional associations, and niche communities. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates for multiple clinical roles across the country. Outreach Strategy: Craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with our mission and drive candidate engagement. Market Research: Stay up to date on regional and national trends in autism care hiring, compensation, and credentialing. Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional first impression of Finni Health through timely, professional communication. Metrics & Reporting: Track sourcing activity and effectiveness using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and insights for continuous improvement. Adaptable Responsibilities: As Finni Health grows and evolves, the responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization. You love digging into networks, building relationships, and seeing your work translate into meaningful growth.QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical environments. Clinical Familiarity: Understanding of autism care or behavioral health roles (RBTs, BCBAs, clinicians) is preferred. Tools & Tech: Comfortable with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and social platforms. Familiarity with an ATS (especially Ashby) is a plus. Communication: Excellent written communication and outreach skills — you know how to personalize and engage at scale. Organization: Skilled at managing pipelines and tracking multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail. Adaptability: You thrive in a startup setting, balancing autonomy with collaboration and pivoting quickly as needs evolve.
