Job Title: Clinical Sales Specialist – Endo Surgery (UK)Location: United Kingdom (Field-based)Department: Sales – Surgical DivisionEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Endo Surgery team for Scotland. In this role, you will serve as a clinical expert and strategic partner to healthcare professionals, driving adoption and utilization of our advanced surgical technologies in minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating theatre staff, hospital procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
Provide in-theatre clinical support and training to ensure effective and safe use of endoscopic surgical products. Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, workshops, and educational events. . Collaborate with the broader sales, marketing, and clinical education teams to drive clinical discussions in theatres. Collect and report on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends. Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory and industry standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales, ideally in surgical or operating theatre environment.
Strong clinical knowledge of laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery techniques is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
