Role SummaryOn behalf of our client in Antwerp, we are looking for a temporary CSC Pack and Tech Coordinator. The CSC Pack and Tech Coordinator is responsible for delivering a reliable, consistent, and high-quality service within the Clinical Supply Chain. The role acts as a key link between Clinical Supply Operations and internal and external packaging and labeling partners. The focus is on ensuring compliant, efficient, and cost‑effective delivery of clinical supplies to support successful patient dosing.This is a backfill position that combines three different roles, requiring strong prioritization skills, structured working methods, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects coming from different teams that may not always be aligned. The environment is fast-paced, highly administrative, and deadline-driven, with strict timelines and a need for precise coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate, manage, and oversee shipments of finished clinical goods from packaging and labeling vendors into the distribution network.Coordinate the creation, review, and communication of protocol-specific source medication lists.Conduct issue resolution for supply-related challenges (receiving, packaging, inventory).Ensure business performance goals and metrics are met in line with GMP, SOPs, Work Instructions, ICH-GCP, and local regulatory requirements.Escalate critical risks and issues appropriately and support resolution, including communication to Pack & Tech leadership.Support functional tasks and projects aimed at improving business processes and tools.Work closely with label and packaging teams in an administrative and supporting capacity.Align clearly on due dates and deliverables, ensuring accurate follow-up and documentation.Participate in various meetings with local and global stakeholders, ensuring clear and tailored communication.Required ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degreeA first experience in supply chain, science, clinical supply, or a related field.Technical SkillsExperience or affinity with systems such as:SAP / SAP R/3 or ERPOMPMPT systemsExcel databasesPower BI (plus)General knowledge of GxP principles.Understanding of supply chain processes such as supply planning, inventory management, Lean/6 Sigma is an advantage.Soft SkillsStrong communicator who can tailor messages to different stakeholders, including global teams.Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and structured.Assertive and comfortable flagging misaligned priorities or risks.Proactive mindset with the ability to manage complexity and multitask.Team player who is open to feedback and process improvements.Able to work independently and maintain oversight across multiple tasks and deadlines.Our OfferWe offer the opportunity to join a leading global healthcare company in a role that is both impactful and highly visible within the Clinical Supply Chain organization. Contract type: Freelance (preferred) or temporary contractDuration: Mid‑March / Early April 2026 until 30 September 2026 (extension possible depending on project evolution)Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Antwerp, 2 days remote; increased onsite presence during onboarding)Workload: Full‑time (100% FTE)Support: You will receive close support from our internal team throughout the assignment, including onboarding guidance, process clarification, and ongoing check‑ins to ensure smooth collaboration.
