This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare technology and eager to make a real impact.The International Clinical Applications Specialist will support the international distributor network through clinical training, application support and clinical expertise to enable global growth.What to Expect:Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing international distributorsCreate market-specific training materials tailored to local clinical practices and regulationsConduct virtual and on-site training sessions for distributor sales teams, clinical specialists and support staffMonitor and assess training effectiveness using testing and performance metricsProvide technical and clinical support for complex cases and troubleshootingSupport clinical trials, evaluations, product demonstrations and research activitiesAssist with the introduction of new products and advanced clinical techniques in international marketsProvide on-site clinical support at hospitals and medical centresAct as the primary clinical resource for distributor queries on product use, contraindications and outcomesCollaborate with R&D and clinical teams to remain aligned on product developments and clinical evidenceParticipate in international conferences, trade shows and educational eventsMaintain consistent communication with distributors on clinical updates and product informationEnsure distributors have access to current documentation, training and clinical materialsWhat We Expect:Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing or a related fieldRelevant clinical certifications (e.g., surgical technology, radiology) are highly valuedStrong experience in clinical applications, medical device training or healthcare deliveryPrevious experience working in international markets or with distributors is preferredBackground in the medical device industry, ideally in surgical or diagnostic equipmentProven ability to deliver effective clinical training programsExperience working in a hospital or clinical settingUnderstanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement processes in key international marketsReady to Make an Impact?
