Veradermics is looking for temporary patient recruiters.About Veradermics Veradermics is a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company revolutionizing dermatology and aesthetics through innovation and dedication to patient-centered solutions. Veradermics mission is to develop first-in-class treatments that address common dermatologic conditions and improve quality of life.Clinical Trial Recruiters Veradermics' lead asset, VDPHL, is a non-hormonal oral therapeutic that is actively enrolling in Ph. 3 for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia/pattern hair loss. Veradermics is looking for Contractors/call-center staff to support with virtual pre-screening activities for the trials. Veradermics is operating a robust digital advertising campaign to help recruit subjects for clinical sites. Once subjects submit interest via an ad, Recruiters call them and pre-screen them for potential eligibility.The Clinical Trial Recruiter is responsible for pre-screening potential trial subjects that express interest in trial participation via digital advertisements .This is a contracted (1099) role, not an employment opportunity, of approximately 6 months in duration.Key aspects of the role : · Contact, on Veradermics behalf, potential trial subjects that express interest in trial participation via digital advertisements and site database· Utilize approved scripting and possess the ability to assess potential candidates against study inclusion/exclusion criteria after training provided by Veradermics· Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with potential patients, while diligently coordinating secondary screening appointments on behalf of the trial recruitment team· Track and document the progress of each contact, with the goal of providing resolution for each potential study candidate.· Provide observations and feedback to Veradermics for platform and/or process improvements. Recommend changes to processes to continuously improve and increase potential patient reach rate.· Utilize multiple software systems simultaneously to initiate and document the outcome of each interaction.Compensation: The hourly rate range for this role is $25-$37.50/hr. including weekend differential.
