Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionWe advance science so that we all have more time with the people we loveYour OpportunityExpertly monitor sales performance, and follow up with sales team for the leads and demands that generate from clinical departmentsAbility to manage and inspire high-performing teams, providing effective coaching and support to help team members achieve their individual and collective goalsDevelop, lead, and implement complex marketing plans for the assigned product group, driving all activities related to the Disease Area with advanced expertise and strategic insightStrategic drive Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes but not limited to non-promotional and promotional activities and interactions in order to convey key clinical data and product information to HCPs such as face to face discussion with individual/group of HCPs, educational events, and advisory boards, sharing products’ merits with HCPs in a truthful, factual, up-to-date, fair and balanced manner by relevant evidence and dataAdvanced HCP Awareness and Education Strategy. Develop and execute advanced strategies to significantly enhance HCP understanding and awareness of targeted product groups, utilizing innovative approachesStrategic Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development and Management. Build, develop, and strategically manage relationships with KOLs to optimize the delivery of key messages and maximize impactProvide expert-level product detailing to ensure HCPs deeply understand the role of Diagnostics and the intended uses of assays, employing advanced educational techniquesPlan and lead high-level group presentations for clinicians and hospital seminars for assigned panels, demonstrating advanced presentation and facilitation skillsStrategic Stakeholder Relationship Management. Cultivate and maintain highly strategic relationships with KOLs, KDMs, and clinicians, serving as a trusted advisor and expert resourceProactively address complex challenges, handle objections, and interpret results for highly complex cases related to Roche's products, providing expert guidance and solutionsCoordination with Product Managers to roll out marketing plans, including strategic planning and execution of regional/national congressesLead the strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for cliniciansEnsure exceptional experiences for all stakeholders interacting with Roche, driving strategic initiatives to enhance engagementAdvanced Customer Data and Market Insights Analysis. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data, information, and market surveys to generate highly targeted and effective sales leadsStrategic Competitive Intelligence Gathering and Reporting. Conduct strategic gathering and analysis of competitive intelligence and information, providing expert reports and insights to managementWho You AreBachelor’s in medical, Pharmacy, Biotech, Life Science or relevant industryMulti-national companies in a similar industry with sales experience at least 5 years is preferredEffective Communication SkillGood interpersonal SkillCreative Problem Solving and Negotiation SkillCustomer Complaint Handling SkillTime Management SkillLeadership SkillWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
