Job Title: Commercial Analyst Department: US Commercial Operations SUMMARY: Prepares the sales analytics and reporting for the company, including procurement, storage, organization, and analysis of marketing and sales data, both internal and external. RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and provide analysis on sales/market data Gathers, analyzes, and compares competitor data using external sources including MMIT, IMS, SP data, and sales data from 3PLProvides analytical support on sales projects including customer management software, sales force automation, compensation plans, targeting, alignments, etc. Prepares Reports and Presentations: Highlight business performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities for sales team and leadershipConducts Risk Analysis:
Identify potential financial, market, or operational risks and propose mitigation strategiesIC Planning: Assists sales leadership with development of annual incentive compensation planREQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in relevant area2+ years of relevant experienceMust have familiarity with Microsoft ACCESS, EXCEL, SQL, or similar user interface.
