This team will be responsible for updating and maintaining data integrity for a range of asset data points across assets held in CLO portfolios as well as calculating various portfolio statistics, ratios and thresholds for use in hypothetical trading scenarios.If you are looking for an interesting entry point into the CLO world, this could be a good opportunity for you!Key Tasks:Updating Asset data characteristics, evidencing changes where requiredRunning reconciliations between USBank and Client asset data setsIdentifying and investigating exceptionsWorking with CLO Analysts to resolve exceptionsLiaising with wider CLO Team to ensure Compliance Models are accurately calculating various ratios and thresholdsRunning Hypothetic Trading scenarios for Collateral Managers to ensure compliance with Offering CircularRunning various client data reportsOnboarding clients into the centralized reconciliation/hypo teamKey Requirements:2 Years+ experience within a financial institution preferably with direct experience of securities/assets and their reconciliation.Experience in asset reconciliations.Intermediate level Excel.Basic knowledge of Collateral Loan Obligations would be beneficial, or a theoretical understanding and the passion to want to join the CLO Industry.Knowledge of Financial instruments, Loans, Bonds and their typical datapoints would be helpful.Attention to detail and problem-solving mentality.Client engagement skills / client centricity.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet multiple deadlines.City Quay Office LocationLocation Expectations The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
