If you’re ready to take on a high-impact role in a fast-growing company, apply now and be part of the energy transition!Your missionPayments In & OutYou’ll support the day-to-day flow of money in and out of the business and learn how a modern fintech handles payments at scale. That includes: Assisting with accounts receivable and payable across 3 countries; helping ensure invoices are correct, payments are tracked, and vendors are paid on time. Working with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep things moving smoothly.

Helping us build smarter, faster processes by using technology and automation, including AI tools, to improve how we handle billing and payments. Bank & Cash ReportingYou’ll get hands-on experience in managing and reporting cash while gaining insight into the engine room of a fintech. That includes: Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly cash reporting, reconciliations, and repayment tracking. Monitoring refinanced deals to ensure everything aligns with our agreements. Collaborating with our finance team and banking partners to keep operations clean and efficient.

You’ll be part of a team building a first-rate finance function using modern tools, smart automation, and your own curiosity to make it better every week. Your profileYou have completed at minimum a bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other relevant fields. You are able to work in our Berlin office 5 days a week. You already have relevant pre-experience in Financial Reporting, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, or Accounts Receivable Management. Excel is your home and you are proficient in MS-Office and G-Suite.

Bonus if you had some insights into ERP or Accounting software such as DATEV, MS Dynamics NAV, SAP or QuickBooks. You constantly strive to achieve exceptional things (professionally and/or personally) and are always willing to go the extra mile. You have a passion for making a significant contribution to combating climate change and are ready to take on a new challenge in a small but rapidly growing organization with a high degree of freedom and uncertainty.

You are a proactive, entrepreneurial personality with strong communication skills, taking personal responsibility and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You are a team player, willing to work as part of a high-performing team (with diverse roles/backgrounds), and you enjoy celebrating milestones and successes. You speak fluent English and German.
