Cloud Architect

Vacature: Cloud Architect | Dutch Speaking | Randstad | Tot € 120K Tech: Azure | Bicep | AI/ML Data | Terraform | Kubernetes Our client is one of the dominant forces in Europe in their sector, which is software forclimate control. The company produces equipment and software for horticulture, buildingsand indoor growing markets that need to have a controlled environment when it comes totemperature, humidity, air quality, etc. To be more effective and productive, all data fromthese sources is collected and used for AI and ML.There are 6-7 applications delivering and 7000 field systems in the Netherlands generatingdata, which are all collected in a huge cloud platform with 20 different components both realtime and historic. We are talking 10s of millions of API requests per day. 12 different teams (development, embedded, platform) are making use or are contributing to this cloud platform.We need a Senior/Lead architect to create a future vision for the platform, streamline integration with the different teams and work towards a better scalability for the data solutions. The company works with a strong product mindset, so a holistic understanding of applications and platforms is required.We are looking for a Cloud Architect with:At least 5 years of experience as a Cloud Architect.At least 3 years’ experience with Azure Cloud.Experience working on/with .NET/C# applications.Experience in complex environments, preferably with big data sets and real time or near real time setup.Strong Dutch communicator, capable of streamlining solutions between 10+ teams, and somebody with a good overview of the entire landscape in relationship to the cloud.Experience with either embedded systems and IoT , or AI/ML is a big plus.So, we are looking for a senior architect who can align different teams in their efforts and translate this to quality solutions from a cloud perspective. We expect somebody with a good overview and people skills, as well as somebody that is still technically embedded in Azure cloud and can challenge the different tech leads on their solutions/ideas and the influence on the platform!Location: Randstad and remote (hybrid)Salary: up to 120k
