COMPANY: Leading Multinational (UK Based)POSITION: Cloud EngineerLOCATION: Colombo, Sri LankaSALARY : Gross Rs 350K - Rs 390KOVERVIEW:We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Cloud Engineering or DevOps, with a strong passion for automation, optimization, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and modules to automate provisioning and configuration of environments.Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and streamline infrastructure delivery.Optimize cost, performance, and availability of AWS environments.Manage configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of infrastructure components.Establish and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs, standards, and processes.Drive best practices in automation, testing, and version control of infrastructure.Support incident resolution and participate in on-call rotations as needed.PRE - REQUISITES:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Engineering / DevOps roles.- Strong practical experience with AWS services & Terraform- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
