We believe that our promise is still the most competitive on the market for experienced developers.Looking for Cloud Engineers to join MavericksAre you enthusiastic about cloud migrations and breaking monoliths to microservices or even all the way up to serverless? Then you might just be what we are looking for!We are looking for new Mavericks with extensive cloud experience to join our clients’ teams that are operating in different domains and with a variety of cloud environments.Ideally you already have multiple years of relevant experience developing and scaling cloud infrastructure across large projects. You are comfortable with AWS / Azure / GCP designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions while being able to lead and mentor a team of software professionals when needed.Your key responsibilities could look something like this:Lead the development and deployment of cloud-based applicationsDesign and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architecturesOversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, goals, and quality standards are metCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative cloud solutionsDrive automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and best practices in cloud developmentProvide mentorship and technical guidance to other team membersWhat we hope from you:Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) - nice, if you have certifications as wellHands-on expertise in cloud-native services (e.g., Kubernetes, Cloud Formation)Strong understanding of cloud security practices and automation toolsRelevant tech stack, such as: Scripting, Infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible), On-Prem and public clouds (Openstack, AWS, GCP, Azure), (No)SQL, CI/CD systems, Serverless, a couple of programming languagesExperience with designing and implementing high-availability, fault-tolerant cloud architecturesBackground from working in the Finnish IT and software consulting marketFluency in Finnish and EnglishAbility to take responsibility, lead teams and large-scale projectsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication skills to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to be flexible and adapt to new situations and environmentsDesire and enthusiasm to commit to long-term projectsAbility to work in the Helsinki metropolitan area at least 2 times a weekAre you ready to fly?
