Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure and business systems.Key Responsibilities:1. Design, build, and deploy core infrastructure components.2. Ensure the stability of our infrastructure by handling 7*24 incident management and troubleshooting for core components.3. Provide 7*24 operational support for business systems, including responding to and resolving critical, complex, and major incidents.4. Participate in a 7*24 on-call rotation for monitoring (covering both application operations and infrastructure), and address system alerts and anomalous events.5. Collaborate with business teams and leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native products to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions.Qualifications & Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.2. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and services, including but not limited to: Compute Engine, GKE, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud CDN, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.3. Experience with big data products like BigQuery, including data ingestion, querying, and analysis.4. Proven ability to independently deliver resources, deploy applications, perform configuration optimization, and handle monitoring and operational maintenance.5. Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps practices and frameworks.6. Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese, capable of using them as working languages.7. Strong ability to thrive under pressure and willingness to work within a 724 shift schedule.8. GCP professional certification, or relevant experience with AWS/Alibaba Cloud is highly preferred.
