What You'll Do: As a Head of Global Operations, you'll provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization as part of the leadership team.

As responsible for the global operations, you will bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the company. Your main responsibilities: Directly oversee and have the primary responsibility for customer deliveries, operations and project functionsTake ownership of the entire customer life cycle process and ensure customer satisfaction and profitabilityOwn the process of forecasting, maintaining, and building the customer backlog. Ensure a capacity and resourcing plan that allows us to deliver according to (or above) customer expectations.

Work closely with the management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies, all designed to foster growth, profitability, and efficiencies within the company.  Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CEO and other key leadership team members. Foster a growth-oriented, positive and encouraging culture while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines. These skills and qualifications are preferred for this job:

Master’s degree or similar5-10 years of experience as Head of Operations, COO or similar positionProven success in scaling operations for a global SaaS company (insurance SaaS is even better)Proven track record in improving operational processes, optimizing workflows, and increasing efficiencies. Deep knowledge of lean methodologies and agile frameworks (SCRUM or similar) for deliveries and process improvement. Expertise in managing complex, large-scale projects across different time zones and teams. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to structures and details. Excellent managerial, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work independently and be solution-oriented when solving challenging problemsFluent communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
