Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in technology sales leadership, specifically within the cloud computing industry (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS). This role involves leading and motivating a specialized sales team to aggressively drive cloud service revenue, managing a complex sales pipeline, and formulating strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the cloud landscape and be adept at value-selling methodologies to achieve challenging revenue and consumption targets.Principal DutiesThe Cloud Sales Manager's principal duties include:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize cloud revenue and market share.Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Cloud Account Managers.Performance Accountability: Monitor sales performance against key metrics (ARR, consumption, pipeline health) and report progress to senior management.Key Account Engagement: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients and channel partners.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Cloud Solution Architects and Product Teams to align technical offerings with market demand.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Work Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in sales management, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets, specifically in Cloud Computing Services (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS) or complex IT infrastructure sales.Certification/License: Google Cloud Related Certificates and license.
