Job Description

JOB TITLE: Head of Global PartnershipsLOCATION: Melbourne, Australia (with global responsibility)REPORTING TO: Founder & CEOYOUR MISSION: ARCHITECT OUR GLOBAL EXPANSIONCloudcon and its subsidiaries are poised for exponential growth, and we are looking for a master strategist to build and own our global partner ecosystem from the ground up. This is not a role for a caretaker. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect the entire methodology - how we identify, acquire, and enable high-impact resellers of our core AI technology across the globe. Your mission is singular and critical:

secure at least 20 new, high-value channel partners across New Zealand, the UK, the USA, and Canada in your first year, driving an initial 5,000+ new users onto Cloudcon's platforms and setting the stage for aggressive scaling. You will report directly to the CEO, with the autonomy to build your vision and the support of a world-class technology team. WHAT CAREER-DEFINING SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: You will build the playbook from scratch. From prospecting and qualification to onboarding and enablement, you will be the author of our global partnership strategy. You will master the art of qualification.

Your expertise lies in getting to 'no' quickly to find the game-changing 'yes'. You will surgically identify partners with the right network and technology stack, wasting no time on those who don't fit the profile. You will own the entire partnership lifecycle. You will orchestrate every stage, from creating compelling collateral and training programs to negotiating deals and managing high-level relationships. You will become a leader within the business. You will challenge and push our internal technology, BA, and data science teams to deliver what our partners need to succeed, directly influencing our product roadmap.

You will deliver measurable results. Your success will be measured by the quality and performance of the network you build, starting with the key metrics of partner acquisition and user growth.
