Focus on the full-time recruitment for the technical roles with involvement in the non-technical ones Collaborate and strategize with hiring managers to understand their needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacanciesCreate ideal candidate profiles for your open requisitionsIdentify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through Talent Density interviewing practiceCommunicate your rationale for hiring your ideal candidates to the hiring managerManage the interview process with the hiring manager and their teamMaintain open communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applicationsAssist in the onboarding process for new hiresAssist the HR team with other HR-related mattersRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
From 2 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on hiring Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Engineering Managers.
