And for each other.What you’ll do As a Cloud Ops Engineer, you’ll be part of our Operations team, which takes long-term responsibility for keeping our customers’ cloud platforms stable, secure and well-structured. You’ll work hands-on to maintain and improve these environments and ensure that the service levels we commit to are met.Your day-to-day work includes monitoring and troubleshooting live environments, resolving incidents and carrying out updates and changes in a safe and controlled way. You also look beyond the immediate issue by leading root cause analysis when needed and using automation and Infrastructure as Code to make operations more reliable and efficient over time.You’ll collaborate closely with your teammates at Redeploy rather than sitting on-site with customers, and you may act as a point of escalation when more complex situations arise. The role also includes taking part in our rotating on-call schedule one week at a time, with additional compensation and one day of leave afterwards.What you’ll grow into This role gives you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Cloud Operations in an environment where learning happens naturally through solving meaningful challenges together. Development here is driven by collaboration, curiosity and technical craft.Who we’re looking for You’re someone who values reliability and takes ownership of your work. You approach problems calmly and systematically, communicate clearly and collaborate well with others. Structure, documentation and service-mindedness come naturally to you, and you’re comfortable supporting both customers and teammates in day-to-day operations.Because much of the support and collaboration with customers happens in both Swedish and English, fluency in both languages in speech and writing is essential.What experiences you bring A couple of years of hands-on experience working in Cloud Operations, DevOps or a similar roleExperience operating environments in Azure or AWS, preferably bothComfortable working with Infrastructure as Code, ideally TerraformFamiliarity with containers and orchestration such as Docker and KubernetesSolid scripting skills in for example Bash, PowerShell or PythonUnderstanding of monitoring, logging, metrics and tracing to maintain healthy environmentsAwareness of cost management, security considerations and change management practicesStrong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spokenCertifications are not required, but we’re happy to support you if you want to pursue them.
