Job Description

Position DescriptionThe role will be responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management, working closely with various funds. This position is full time and based in Seoul, South Korea is required. Interested candidate please submit your resumes for review and consideration. Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute investment strategies in the Tech/IT sector aligned with organizational/fund objectives. Identify and source high-quality investment opportunities through various channels. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies for potential investment opportunities. Participate in the deal sourcing process by identifying and evaluating potential investment targets.

Engage in managing portfolio companies, providing support to maximize value creation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Build and maintain relationships with investors (LPs) and secure successful fund raising. Ensure due diligence on potential investment opportunities and prepare investment memos or presentations. RequirementsBachelor's degree holder in Finance, Business, or a related discipline. MBA or CFA designation is a plus. At least 10+ years of experience in deal-making and/or Tech/IT experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Associate position. Able to demonstrate deal sourcing capabilities, negotiations, structuring, and execution of investment transactions.

Proven track record in executing investment transactions with solid financial analysis and modelling skills. A good team player, quick learner, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline. Mature, reliable, and able to work with a high level of independence and manage their own schedule. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Good command of written and spoken Chinese would be an advantage but not essential.
