Oak Flats Bowling & Recreation Club are currently seeking a committed, passionate, and inspirational club supervisor to join our team, part time with the potential moving full time.We are passionate about our people, our community and creating unforgettable experiences by providing our members and guests with fantastic service and a relaxed atmosphere.Our facilities and services are constantly improving, and we are looking for a supervisor who will make a positive contribution to the club’s future whilst taking advantage of the potential career path both within our club and the industry at large.Our Club Supervisors are an integral part of our business and assist in the day to day running of the Club in conjunction with all levels of Management and Staff.The Club Supervisor position reports directly to the Venue Manager while also an active member of the leadership team.The Successful Applicant Will Need To HaveMinimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a club, pub or casino operationCurrent RSA, RCG & ARCGCurrent Food Handling Certificate Current First Aid Certificate Knowledge of all Club Operations including Gaming, Tab, Keno, Food & Beverage Accuracy in Cash Handling for Opening and End of Shift/ Safe ReconciliationAvailability to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays (penalty rates apply)Previous leadership experience Excellent communication skillsKnowledge of WH&SAbility to conduct and oversee promotional activities.Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.Computer literacy (Word & Excel)Current drivers' licence and reliable transportMust be a hands-on supervisor (food, beverage & gaming service)Personal Attributes & CapabilitiesConfident and engaging personalityHigh level of customer service and a keen eye for detail Exceptional presentation and grooming with good attention to detailHave a friendly and outgoing attitude with a passion for customer service.Set a high standard and lead by example to provide customers with the best possible product and service.Be willing to assist in all aspects of the venue in a hands-on capacity.Professional, reliable and trustworthyBe self-motivated, proactive and honest.Manage, motivate and support employees including delegation and supervision of duties.
