Cape Kidnappers occupies a breathtaking peninsula at the southern end of Hawke's Bay, extending 10 kilometers into the South Pacific.  The golf course and adjacent resort, Rosewood Cape Kidnappers, occupy a 6,000-acre working sheep and cattle station protected by over 10 kilometers of predator proof fencing. This barrier creates Cape Sanctuary, the largest privately owned and funded wildlife restoration project of it's kind in New Zealand. By protecting New Zealand's native flora and fauna from predators, our golfers are treated to unforgettable play surrounded by rare and endangered bird life that call the tree clad ravines home.    About the role:   Our spectacular Golf Course is busier than ever with International guests returning and we are looking for a professional and friendly Food & Beverage Manager to lead our small team.     We are looking for someone to manage the Clubhouse F&B operation independently and to assist in the efficient running of the dining area. Reporting to the Rosewood Restaurant Management team your objectives will be to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Stock control, inventory and ordering Managing a small team around the needs of the golfers Rostering / Time sheet management Training / Coaching Seeking and presenting opportunities to increase revenue About you:   Ideally you will have some interest in (if not, 'absolutely love') golf.  Previous food & beverage experience, the ability to make a great coffee and some wine knowledge will be highly desirable.  You will also need:   Previous senior level Food and Beverage experience ideally in a Clubhouse environment  A minimum of 3 years in a premium quality customer facing environment capacity  Relevant hospitality management qualification (tertiary level)  to be passionate about hospitality,   to have amazing attention to detail,   great organisational and administrative skills,  the ability to liaise, co-ordinate and communicate,   a strong work ethic and exude confidence,    high standards,  a very positive attitude (and an interest in golf will be an advantage) immaculate presentation,   and a contagious smile!     The offer:   We offer full time, permanent employment with excellent benefits - including $10 per day travel allowance.
