🔥 We started Clude as the result of an adventure and now we’re looking for our 3rd co-founder to join us on the next one: building a startup from scratch. We’re a team of two co-founders with backgrounds in sales, marketing, and event management, passionate about using modern technologies like AI, Kubernetes, and Cloud Management to optimise business operations for companies of all sizes. Based in Finland and Belgium, we’re starting with the Benelux and Finnish markets, with plans to expand across Europe. We have two bold concepts:
💡 NewComer - an AI-powered onboarding platform to make employee integration faster and smoother. 💡 KuberBoost - a simplified Kubernetes interface for non-cloud-heavy organisations. This isn’t just about “hiring a tech person. ” We want someone who will co-create with full freedom of ideas, challenge us, and shape the future of Clude together. You’ll lead the technical direction, turn concepts into products, decide on the tech stack, and grow a team when the time comes. We imagine you might have: A technical background (Software Engineer, Developer, Kubernetes expert, ML/AI student, or tech enthusiast).
Curiosity for AI tools, APIs, and cloud integrations. Experience in early-stage startups or the drive to go 0→1. Hands-on skills and leadership potential. Fluent English.
