This role serves as a vital link between Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Distribution, ensuring seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making. As Cluster Assistant Manager – Commercial Operations, you will need to:Commercial Strategy & SupportAssist the Cluster Director in implementing commercial strategies across all properties to achieve revenue and market share goals.Consolidate and analyze business performance reports, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking for strategic review.Support the development of the annual commercial plan, budget, and performance forecasts.Track key commercial KPIs across segments (rooms, F&B, spa, and ancillary revenue) to ensure alignment with cluster objectives.Provide analytical support for pricing decisions, promotions, and distribution optimization.Sales & Marketing CoordinationLiaise between property-level Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of regional and brand initiatives.Coordinate the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for key accounts and corporate clients.Support event participation, trade shows, and sales missions by managing logistics and performance tracking.Assist with content consistency across digital channels, ensuring alignment with luxury branding standards.Partner with Marketing and PR teams to monitor ROI on campaigns and promotional activities.Revenue Management & Business IntelligenceCollate and interpret cluster-level revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Support the Revenue Management team in monitoring demand patterns, booking pace, and rate positioning.Produce performance dashboards summarizing key revenue drivers and distribution insights for leadership review.Assist in system updates and ensure pricing integrity across PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms.Participate in regular business review meetings, providing data insights and actionable recommendations.Operational Efficiency & Cluster GovernanceCoordinate standardization of commercial procedures and reporting formats across properties.Support the integration of new systems, tools, or technologies related to sales, marketing, and revenue management.Monitor compliance with brand standards, data accuracy, and commercial audit requirements.Facilitate communication between cluster and property teams to ensure smooth information flow and decision-making.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive commercial data and partner information.Leadership & CollaborationMentor and develop commercial coordinators and administrative staff to ensure professional growth and high performance.Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the cluster team.Support internal training sessions and workshops to enhance commercial understanding among property teams.Act as the Cluster Director’s delegate in meetings or projects when required.Compliance & Legal Standards Ensure operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement of security procedures.Collaboration with Internal & External Stakeholders Ensure operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement of security procedures.Sustainability & Resource Management Integrate sustainability practices into security operations, such as reducing energy use, optimizing resource management, and implementing eco-friendly technologies.
