Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster General Manager in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As the Cluster General Manager of Novotel Makkah Thakher City hotel, this pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across multiple properties.Develop and implement strategic plans to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share for all properties within the clusterOversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hotels, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiencesLead and inspire a diverse team of hotel managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementManage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measuresDrive sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy rates and revenue per available room (RevPAR)Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and company policies across all propertiesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and local authoritiesIdentify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfactionOversee property maintenance, renovations, and capital improvement projectsManage crisis situations and develop contingency plans to mitigate risksQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in cluster or multi-property management rolesDemonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilityStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsExcellent strategic planning and execution capabilitiesProven ability to drive operational excellence and consistently exceed guest expectationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsIn-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality market and current industry trendsExperience with revenue management and optimization strategiesProficiency in hotel management software and systemsFamiliarity with Middle Eastern culture and business practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWillingness to relocate to Makkah, Saudi Arabia
